Last Updated: 7 April 2026
Si-Ware Systems (“Si-Ware,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information we collect and process through our commercial website, Cloud Portal, and related applications and services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, and the rights available to individuals depending on their location.
This Privacy Policy applies when we act as a Data Controller for personal information processed for our own business purposes, such as website visitor information, marketing communications, sales-related contacts, and business relationship management.
Where we provide access to our Cloud Portal to customer organizations and process Customer Content uploaded, entered, or synced into the Cloud Portal as part of providing subscribed services, our processing is governed by customer agreements and, where applicable, a data processing agreement. In those cases, the customer organization is generally the controller of Customer Content, and Si-Ware acts as a service provider or processor for that content.
