Amr El Mosallamy

VP of Finance

Amr El Mosallamy brings over 25 years of extensive experience in financial leadership, with a proven track record in managing financial operations within both multinational and high-growth technology environments. Since joining Si-Ware Systems in 2005, Amr has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial strategy and operations. His responsibilities encompass financial management, budgeting, operations, tax planning, financial reporting, audits, and overall financial governance. At Si-Ware, Amr has contributed to the company’s sustained growth and global expansion by ensuring the implementation of flexible and efficient financial policies, effective financial management, and regulatory compliance. Prior to his role at Si-Ware, Amr served as Assistant Finance Director at J&P (Overseas) Ltd., a globally recognized engineering and construction firm. In this role, he led accounting and finance teams and oversaw comprehensive financial management and control functions for large-scale infrastructure and electromechanical projects. Amr holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cairo University and earned his MBA in Finance from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
