Dr. Ingmar Bruder

Vice President, Global OEM Business

Dr. Ingmar Bruder is a technology entrepreneur and business leader with 19 years of experience in advanced sensing technologies, international business development, and the commercialization of innovative high-tech solutions. Prior to joining Si-Ware Systems as Vice President, Global OEM Business, he founded and served as CEO of trinamiX GmbH, a BASF Group company specializing in biometric imaging and near-infrared spectroscopy. Over more than a decade, he grew trinamiX from an early-stage technology venture into an international company with more than 200 employees, developing new business opportunities, establishing commercial partnerships, and bringing innovative sensing technologies to market. Under his leadership, the company also built an extensive intellectual property portfolio comprising over 750 patents and patent applications. Throughout his career, Dr. Bruder has combined a strong scientific background with entrepreneurial and commercial leadership, building international teams, developing global customer relationships, and driving business growth across international markets. Before founding trinamiX in 2015, he held several leadership positions at BASF SE, focusing on advanced sensor systems, research, and technology development. Dr. Bruder holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Stuttgart.
